VICTORIA – Elections BC has published the Report of the Chief Electoral Officer on the 2009 Enumeration. This report describes the range and scope of voter registration activities Elections BC undertook to improve the quality of the provincial voters list prior to the 39th Provincial General Election and 2009 Referendum on Electoral Reform.
