Harry Neufeld, B.C.’s Chief Electoral Officer, will answer these questions and more at a news conference at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Social Service Centre, 28 West Pender St., Room 314, Vancouver, 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 22. Thomas Tam, Acting CEO of S.U.C.C.E.S.S., and speakers for British Columbians for STV and No STV will also address the conference.
