How to View Financial Reports
You can search for political parties, constituency associations, candidates and other filers by using words from their name. The filer name is the official name of the filing entity as registered with Elections BC. Enter the filer’s name or part of their name in the box labeled Partial Name of the Filer. When you click on the Get Listing button, a list of all applicable filers whose name includes the words you entered in the Partial Name of the Filer box will appear.
For example, typing in Liberal will return the British Columbia Liberal Party and the Saanich South Liberal Constituency Association.
The Filer Type is the registration number of the filer. The first three letters of the registration number are a code that identifies the type of filing entity.
The Affiliate is the political party of a constituency association, a candidate or a leadership contestant. Other types of filers do not have affiliates.
Filer Type Codes
The first three letters of the registration number shown under Filer Type identify the type of filer. For instance, a political party is identified by PTY at the beginning of its registration number. For example, PTY-CPR-1999.

Once you have identified which filer you wish to see you can click on their name in the Filer Name column to obtain a list of all reports filed by that entity. To view a report, simply click on the report number; the scanned image of the selected report will appear. If you wish a PDF version of the report, click on the PDF number. If you only wish to view a report, we suggest you choose the report number to view as it can be significantly faster to retrieve than the PDF version.

The Report Name field identifies the type of report filed.
The From Date and To Date are used for political party and constituency association reports and are the dates covered by the report.
The Filed Date is the date the report was received by Elections BC.
The Event Date is the date of the event for which the report was filed. For instance, March 31 is the event date for the annual financial reports. The event date for an election is General Voting Day. The reports are sorted by Event Date, with the most recent at the top.
The Status indicates if the report is the original report filed for that event or if it is an amendment. Amendments are numbered. For the most recently filed report, select the amendment with the highest number. For instance, select the report with a status of Amendment 2 instead of Amendment 1 or Original.
