Constituency Associations

A constituency association is an organization formed in an electoral district to support a political party or independent Member of the Legislative Assembly. Constituency associations must register with the Chief Electoral Officer to issue tax receipts, incur election expenses or contribute money, goods or services to political parties and candidates.

This section contains resources for constituency associations, including information about how to register with the Chief Electoral Officer and guides on various topics, such as filing financial reports and the responsibilities of financial agents.

If you are trying to locate a particular constituency association, please contact the political party with which it is associated. Political party contact information is available on our Political Parties page.
